Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 Analyzes Low Voltage Network Types, makes fault definitions and determines safe opening conditions.
2 Knows leakage current, short circuit, leakage current protection and fuse types, applies protection systematic.
3 Knows the definitions of grounding, applies grounding calculation methods in grounding projects.
4 Defines the concept of short circuit, makes basic short circuit calculations and selects safe protection elements in case of failure.
5 Explain the physiological effects of electric current, dominate the shock and safety elements.
6 Knows the basic principles of electrical work safety, knows the relevant regulations.
