Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to equip students with the information about Labor Law, distinction between collective labor law and individual labor law, and Social Security Law. It also aims to improve the students analytical skills by discussing cases involving related legal issues.

Introduction to Labor Law, Sources and Basic Concepts, Scope of Labor Law and Employment Contract, Obligations of Parties in Employment Contract, Working and Rest Period, Termination of Employment Contract, Job Security, Severance Pay, Collective Labor Law, Collective Labor Law, Social Security Concept and Development in Our Country, Notification of the Workplace and the Insured to the Institution, Premiums and Premium Certificate, Occupational Accidents; Occupational Diseases and Sickness Insurances, Invalidity, Old Age and Death Insurances, Unemployment and General Health Insurance
