Akdeniz University Faculty of Education Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance has started formal education in 2009-2010 academic year.

Qualification Awarded
|
The mission of Psychological Counseling and Guidance program is to help teacher candidates studying in our department raise as one of the qualified guidance counselor, whose scientific and critical thinking skills have developed, who has understood the modern teaching methods in guidanceand counseling teaching, aimed to use those, this course aims to teach goals, principals and activities of guidance and counseling and the roles and responsibilities of teachers in guidance activities in schools, and is interested in and curious about scientific research in this topic.

Higher Grade Transition
Candidates who have successfully completed their undergraduate education can study in graduate programs in their fields or related fields, provided that they receive valid grades from the ALES exam and have sufficient English language knowledge.
