3 Explains basic concepts about evaporation and evapotranspiration and analyse data.
4 Explains infiltration concepts and calculates the amount of infiltration.
5 Differentiates the environments (surface, sub-surface, groundwater) of water and defines basic concepts of groundwater.
6 Measures or estimates the amount of runoff.
7 Explains hydrograph and unit hydrograph theory and calculates runoff from rainfall by unit hydrograph.
8 Relates hydrology with water quality.
